This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the jili33 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any of the services offered by jili33, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other means that may be made available in the future. Continued use of the jili33 platform after any updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of those updated terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. jili33 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time and to suspend any account found to be below the minimum age requirement.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of jili33 services, users are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. jili33 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a user's failure to secure their login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
All registration details provided must reflect your real name and valid personal information. Accounts found to be using false identities or fabricated details may be suspended without prior notice.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the jili33 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing an account with another individual or transferring an account to a third party.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's systems and servers.
- Posting content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Engaging in any form of fraud or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
Any violation of the rules above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and jili33 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the jili33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made through supported local payment methods such as FPX, Touch'n Go eWallet, and relevant online banking channels.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods they use belong to them. Using another person's bank account or digital wallet to conduct transactions is strictly prohibited and may result in all funds being frozen pending investigation.
Jili33 does not charge any hidden fees on deposits made through our listed payment methods. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges in accordance with their terms. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to two business days.
All transactions are final once confirmed. Should you have a dispute regarding a transaction, you must contact the jili33 support team within 14 days of the transaction date.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Jili33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied warranties.

All content on the jili33 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of jili33 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or make use of any such content without prior written consent from jili33.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. jili33 does not control the content of those websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of them. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites they visit.
Changes to Terms, Account Policies & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Jili33 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, for reasons including breach of these terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or at the user's own request. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any remaining balance in an active account will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to compliance review.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
